**The first two weeks have gone well!!  I am so proud of how the kids are doing already.  This week starts our organized chaotic meets.  There are alot of moving parts for meets and each are important.  I need each of you to do your part to help these meets run smoothly.  That means being there on time, helping a neighbor that might be confused with their job, or filling in for an empty spot.  I'm counting on ALL of you! ( and so are the 200 kids ready to swim and 400 parents waiting to watch)  

**The volunteer sign ups are open for the Mock Meet.  Click on the "V" (for Volunteer) icon.  There will be a list for you to choose from.  Job descriptions and arrival times for jobs are located on the Home page under links.  For the Mock Meet, we will have only 1 session.  We will not have enough volunteers to field 2 sessions.  Thanks for you help with this.  You will be able to sign up until Tuesday at midnight, after that a position will be assigned to you.   We run a mock meet to knock the rust off so our real meets can run as smooth as possible.  

**We still have 20 people (that is 1/4 of our roster!) who did not RSVP for the Mock Meet.  I realize this is something NEW and different and change does not come easily, BUT if you do not RSVP (I need a YES or NO from everyone)  for the meets, your swimmers will not be put in the lineup.  Today is your FREE HALL pass.  If you will be swimming in the mock meet and you have not RSVP'd, you need to let me know by 3:00PM TODAY or your child will not be swimming, or you will need to pay the coaches for their time in altering the lineup.
