Volunteer Schedule for tomorrow's meet
Good afternoon,
Please remember to check the volunteer schedule so you are aware of what you will be doing tomorrow. I have added all available people. Even with many people working double shifts, WE STILL have empty slots. The most important one I need filled is deck manager for first half and secondly, concessions. The team we are swimming against is a big team, so concessions help will be important too. If you can help out with deck manager for first half, please let me know. If it remains vacant, I will have to move people around again. Also, if you find yourself during the meet wondering what you can do to help, please check in with concessions to see if they need any help. Reminder: Everyone please help clean up to keep the eating areas clear of trash.
