Hello Dunmoor Diamondbacks!

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE EMAIL

Our season is starting in just a little over a week!!!  Still time for those who have not registered and would like to do so (please share with other neighbors and friends) (www.dunmoor.swim-team.us).  Also, this is the last week to get tshirt orders in ($15).  We will be submitting our order Friday so that they can be made and passed out before our first meet.  So, if you would like to order a shirt and have not done so already please email me now ([email protected]).

PRACTICE DATES AND TIMES:

5/8 - 5/24 (but NO practice on Fridays for May)

Please have your swimmers wear their bathing suits AND closed toe shoes (depending on weather practice may involve dryland activities).

6 & Under's: 4:00pm - 4:30pm

7 & 8's:  4:30pm - 5:00pm

9 & 10's: 5:00pm - 5:45pm

11 & Up's: 5:45pm - 6:30pm

5/30 - 6/29

7 & 8's:  8:30am - 9:15am

6 & Under's: 9:15am - 9:45am

9 & 10's: 9:45am - 10:30am

11 & Up's: 10:30am - 11:30am

Fun Fridays (a fun practice after the swim meet the night before with ribbons distributed, play and donuts) will have an alternate time schedule:

8 & Under's: 9:15am - 10:00am

9 & Up's: 10:00am - 10:45am

**Evening Practice Times:

8 & Under's: 5:30pm - 6:15pm

9 & Up's: 6:15pm - 7:00pm

**IMPORTANT: If your swimmer(s) will need to attend evening practice you need to email me ([email protected]) for approval.  Evening practice is intended for those swimmers who are in all day camp, have other conflicting sports practices, parents both work, etc.  It is NOT for those who would rather sleep or find it more convenient, etc. 

Also, all practice times are subject to change (due to size of groups, etc).

6/28   End of Season Banquet/Party

6/30   ASA Divisionals Meet at Georgia Tech

7/1    ASA Finals Meet at Georgia Tech

Our schedule with dates, times and places can all be found on the website (www.dunmoor.swim-team.us).  In the blue toolbar you will see "Calendar" if you click this it will pull up the calendar and you can see these events (also this is where you will need to RSVP for each event - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RSVP for things in advance, you can go ahead and RSVP for everything now).  Also, you can select the practice schedule from the drop down menu with Calendar and see the above practice schedule.

For those of you that are not rejoining the team this year please send me an email ([email protected]) and I will remove you from this email list (or better yet, there is still time to join!!!!).
