I hope you are all having a great start to your summer swim seasons.  I wanted to send you a reminder about our annual benefit swim meet, the Kids for Kids Atlanta Championship benefiting Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.  This year is our 25th meet and we hope to have your team join in the fun, while helping a very worthy cause.  This year's meet is Saturday, June 10th at Marist at 9 am.  For full meet information and the meet entry file go to http://atlantaswimming.com/KFKHome  .  Also, we have created a flyer you can distribute to your team to get word out about this year's meet.  Just click on Kids for Kids Flyer to download a copy.

While we would love to have your full team at the meet, we know that may be a tall order.  We simply ask that you share the info with your team and hope that we can get your swimmers involved in this year's meet.  This is a great way to do something positive for the community while letting your swimmers have some fun in the process of doing so.

I hope to see you all at this year's meet.  Please keep in mind that the meet is limited to the first 600 swimmers, so if you team is definitely planning on attending e mail me to reserve your spot in the meet.  If you have any questions about the meet, please don't hesitate to call or e mail me, as I am happy to help any way that I can.  Good luck on your upcoming swim season.

If you can't join us in swimming in the meet, we still need help with volunteer timers. There are 2 sessions for volunteers to work.  Session 1 begins at 9 am, session 2 begins at 11:30 am.  Please plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to these times.  We will need you to help us for about 2 ½ hours.  All volunteers will get an official meet t shirt.  If you'd like to help out  please be sure to share the link to volunteer http://atlantaswimming.com/KFKVolunteers   .
