Hello Swim Team (PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL ENTIRELY),

 

Congrats to our swimmers on a great first week of summer practice and on swimming in their first meet!  Each week our coaches choose swimmers of the week.  These swimmers are chosen for their effort, attitude and team spirit.  Our swimmers of the week were:

 

6&Under:  Aiden Phillips and Piper Williams

7&8:  Owen Manning and Harper Swearingen

9&10:  Sawyer Williams and Elle Perez

11&Up:  Bennett Heaney and Abby Dziorney

 

This week we are AWAY at Hampton Hall (just down the road). 

1400 Hampton Hill Drive

Please plan on having your swimmer there and ready to swim by 4:45pm (and plan enough time for parking and walking to the pool).  Make sure to remember sharpies, towels and goggles, chairs and some cash.  I will be out of town for this week's meet.  Heather Swearingen will be filling in for me.  If you have any last minute changes/questions on Thursday please contact Heather at [email protected]. 

 

I am attaching the RSVP files I have for this week's meet, the ice cream social on 6/13 and the meet on 6/15.  We are having issues with swimmers' availability being submitted in a timely manner.  Coach Sam was having to rush through a lineup last week because of this.  Availability is due the week prior.  Please log in and submit availability for all calendar items now (you can always go back and make a change if something changes for you).  For those of you that have not submitted your rsvp for this week I have sent a few emails over the last week to you...  Everyone needs to look at the attached files and verify your swimmers' availability.  You can log in to the site to make any changes needed.  I can not stress how important this being done early is or at the very least on time!

 

Picture Day has been moved to this Friday, June 9th.  Please have your swimmer at the pool in their team suit by 9am this Friday.  Fun Friday practice will start after the team photo is taken and the times will be adjusted accordingly.  Attached is the order form for you to print and fill out ahead of time.
