If you have not gone onto the site and submitted your RSVP for the three possible make up dates please do so NOW.  The other team parent and I will be making a decision on a makeup date shortly.  BUT we are still hoping the weather shifts and we are able to get our meet in tonight.  For those of you that have responded so quickly I greatly appreciate it.  IF we have to have a make up meet we want to have it on a date when the majority of our team can be there!

As everyone is aware the weather does not look good for tonight's meet.  As a team we can not have two rain out home meets as we rely on the money made through concessions to fund the team.  So, we would need to reschedule IF we cancel tonight's meet.  The other team parent from Pinewalk and I have been chatting all morning and we have decided to poll our teams to figure out which make up date would work best.  I have add 3 additional RSVP events on the calendar for a possible make up meet.  Please take a moment NOW and RSVP for each of these 3 dates (Friday, June 23rd; Sunday, June 25th; and Monday, June 26th).  I know this is extremely inconvenient for everyone but we NEED to get this meet in.  So if you could make it work for your swimmer to be at a make up meet on these dates please rsvp "yes" for all dates you could make work.  Best case scenario is the weather changes and we can swim tonight but we are trying to plan ahead...  IF we decide to reschedule the meet to one of the previously listed dates I will email that out as soon as possible.  We hope to have a decision prior to the meet starting tonight.  Please continue to check your email through out the day for further information and updates.
