Hey hey Diamondbacks! Registration for ASA at Ga Tech closed today at 1 pm. We have almost 30 registered to go this year! If you did not register for it, you may ignore this email. This is information that the ASA sent out earlier today. Don't forget to buy your parking pass and plan to get to the front entrance BEFORE 2 pm so we can all walk in together.
Wednesday practice is ONLY for swimmers going to the ASA Ga Tech Meet.
Parent information session will be from 5-6 pm on Wednesday this week. Practice will look a little different on Wednesday.
All 6&U and all 7-8 (girls and boys) practice from 5-5:30.
9-10 and everyone older: 5:30-6:00 pm.
Come at your child's practice time and I will walk you through Ga Tech details while your chlid practices with our other coaches.
If your child wants to stay a little late and work on dives, flip turns or refine their stroke in a little more detail, they can stay around after 6 to work on that.

| Security, Parking and Traffic Update/Reminders –Teams, Every year brings a new twist with our championship meet. This year's winner is the little soccer tournament down the road at "Atlanta Stadium" better know as the Benz. Haiti will square off against Morocco on Wed. June 24 at 6 pm. While we will be well into the meet at that point, it will likely increase traffic that day so plan accordingly. Additionally, Georgia Tech has implemented security checks for events at the CRC. Georgia Tech now requires all spectators to go through security screening to enter the Campus Recreation Center. Athletes and coaches do not have to go through this screening. This includes metal detectors and bag screenings. Please build some extra time into your schedule to account for possible delays in entering the building. The less you bring with you the quicker you will get through. PARKING - https://gatech.parkmobile.io/events . Parking costs will be between $12-15. OVERFLOW PARKING AND NON-PREPAY PARKING If you do not prepay to park or if the W10 lot sells out you can park in the W02 lot at 355 Ferst Drive, this is the Student Center lot, a short walk from the pool. One thing of note, access to this lot is a little tricky due to construction on Ferst Drive. You will have to access this lot from Tech Parkway, there are detour signs around the facility that should be able to point you in the right direction. You cannot prepay for parking in those lots, you just pay when you arrive, or take a ticket from the kiosk and pay upon exiting the deck. We look forward to a great meet and some fast swimming.
