Hi Diamondbacks! As of now, we are still on for our Home Meet tonight! If that changes, I will let you know before 4 pm today.

The theme is Haiwaiin. Please park along the side of the road marked for parking when you arrive.

No one can park in the parking lot. This becomes the bullpen for the visiting team and where King of Pops sets up. 

Please arrive between 4:00-4:15. We need to warm up early so we can allow the other team to warm up after us and get the meet started at 5pm. We are hoping we can get all of the events in before the rain comes! 

Please mark your swimmers arms before they get to the pool and help the with swim caps and/or goggles if needed. 

Bring some camping chairs to set up under the deck. Our swimmer's bullpen will be under the big fabric cover across from where the kids dive off of the blocks. This will be for swimmers only.

Kids need to stay out of the pool, baby pool and playground while they still have events to swim. If they leave the pool area, they become hard to find and they could miss their event. No kid is allowed to be in the baby pool, on the stairs or in the deep end during the meet. Please talk to your children about this and help keep an eye on them during the meet. We need all hands on deck! 

If weather becomes bad while we are swimming, the coaches and Ref will discuss the next steps. If there is thunder, we will clear the pool deck and families can go under the deck, on the deck, and if you are dry, you may go into the clubhouse as well. I will send out a message on Swimtopia if we have thunder to update you on our plan. It all depends on where we are in the meet. 

I am hopefully the weather will hold out until we are finished with the meet. Help me do an anti-rain dance today!
