Hi Team, Our 3rd meet happens tomorrow! That means we have two Home Meets left (June 18th and 23rd) and the ASA Championship Meet at Georgia Tech! All of our swimmers are eligible for this event and we would love for you to join us for the last meet of the year on Thursday, June 25th! You do not have to do anything other than be on the swim team and register yourself to come to this event. The ASA Meet at Ga Tech a lot of fun and your swimmer gets to swim in a beautiful pool that real Olympic Athletes swim in! If that's not enough, they will get to see their names up on the big board! It's a really cool experience! Everyone may join us, you just have to sign-up and show up! Wear your swim team shirt, swim cap and team swim suit. Once we get closer to time, I will send out a list of things you will want to bring to the meet and reminders. Here are the details What: ASA Ga Tech Swim Meet Where: Georgia Tech Campus Recreation Center Aquatic Center, 750 Ferst Drive, Atlanta, GA. When: Thursday, June 25th, arrive by2 pm. We must walk into the building as a team. We will have just enough time to check in, mark arms and get settled in our bullpen before our warm up starts at 2:30 sharp! Must sign up on Swimtopia by Friday, June 19th at 1:00pm. There are no late entries allowed. Please get your swimmers signed up today to ensure they don't miss out! We always have swimmers looking for rides, so please let us know if you have space to carry anyone extra down to Tech or if your swimmer will need a ride there! Speaking of driving to Atlanta- Don’t delay, buy your Parking Pass today! They do sell out. You will need one for June 25th, pm session. This is good from 1:30-8:00 pm that day. When you purchase, purchase as a “guest”. This is the only way I have gotten it to work. I will meet with parents next Wednesday, June 24th, during practice time to fill you in on meet particulars and answer any questions you may have. I plan to start at 5 pm in the clubhouse.
