Please Read! New Heat Sheet and Entries
Hi Team,
This was our first time doing the entries and it was the coach's first time at Chartwell too. There were several mistakes with the entries. Growing pains- sorry!
Both teams were able to graciously agree on un-merginng the meet, fixing the entries and re-merging. This is not something that usually happens or will probably happen again. Once a meet is merged, it's final because it's a big deal to re-do and re-print everything, but like I said, growing pains from both sides this time and we both need to fix things. Please give us some grace!
I will post the new heat sheet and athlete sheets as soon as I get them. Please check to see if your child's events have changed at all. In the future, please get your kids registered ASAP and write your preferences in the comment box. Normally, swimmers can have up to 2 individual events and 2 relays. There are exceptions like if everyone in the age group already has 4 total, then everyone can add another, but they all have to go up together. It's very tricky. They used to just allow 2 and 2 and that was it. I have attached the rule booklet if you have any interest in going through it.
