Calling all kids interested in being a Junior Coach
Hey Hey Diamondbacks! We are in need of Junior coaches this season! We are looking for responsible team members we can count on to be at practice regularly to help out with the younger swimmers. Junior coaches will be assigned a lane and swimmers that they will work with and build a strong bond with over the swim season! I will give them a lesson plan and teach them how to help the younger swimmers.
Our team requires two years of junior coaching before they can apply for a paid position like an assistant coach. Junior coaches are usually middle schoolers while assistant coaches are in high school or college and have 2 years of Junior coaching experience.
