What: Swim Meet against Oxford Mill.       Where: Dunmoor Pool

Parking: Park on the designated sides of the road. NO parking in the pool lot or at the tennis courts.

When: 4:15- swimmers check in with Coach Dawn or Coach Owen, Parents check in with Deborah Wilkens

Then what: Please help your child mark their arms and be ready to get in the pool no later than 4:30. Please review with your child what events they are swimming. They are now available on Swimtopia. 

Oxford Mill warms up after us from 5:00-5:30 and then our meet officially begins! 

Meets should be less than 3 hours. Please remind kids to stay near the bullpens and pay attention to the event numbers. We need to be able to find them for their events before they are supposed to be on the block! 

Owen and I are the only coaches that will be there tomorrow- please help your child stay near by so they are ready to swim when it's time! 

Swimmers should not be on the playground during the meet. No one should be in the baby pool or deep end during the meet. 

What to Bring: 1 or 2 towels to sit and dry off with, goggles, card game or something to keep them busy while they wait in the bull pen for their event. You may bring coolers in but NO GLASS anywhere near the pool area.

If you child is a Big Fish or Little Fish, remind them to find their buddy and check in with them! They can give them an encouraging high five and chat with them before and during the meet. 

Concessions: Our grill masters will be grilling delicious burgers and hot dogs. We will also have chips, candy and drinks for sale. See attached flyer for more details. 

Shirts will be available for pick up tomorrow if you did not receive them at the Mock Meet/get together on Tuesday.
