Hi Swim Team Family,

The heat sheets for your swimmer are published and now available to view on the app!

Here is information from Woodfield for tomorrow. Please arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 with your swimmer's arm marked with their events. Our warm-up begins at 4:50 and we only have 20 min this time.

Location:

The Woodfield pool is pretty easy to find as you enter the neighborhood. The pool address is 405 Silver Pine Trail. Roswell, GA 30076.

Parking:

Parking is going to be tight. There is no way around it. As with all swim meets and most neighborhoods, we ask that you only park on one side of the street and signs will be posted. East Roswell Park has an entrance just across from the main Woodfield entrance and while it is a bit of a hike, it is also available to park. There is a flashing cross signal across Eves road from there. Carpool when you can. We’ve asked our swimmers to carpool or walk or park at each other’s close-by homes to try and preserve parking, but it’s just a fact of swim meets.

Concessions:

We will have concessions, of course. Noodles, Nachos, Pizza, snacks, drinks, ice pops, etc. All the swim meet goodies. We are set up with square to take cards or Apple Pay as well as of course cash.

Bullpens:

We do ask that no spectators or bullpens set up behind either end of the pool. We typically have only seen this as an issue at the shallow/turn end because it has the shade of the deck above. We have learned that it gets very tight during relays and 25s if spectators are also trying to be back there. Please keep this area as a pass thru and available for the swimmers, coaches, timers, recorders, runners, etc.

Big Fish/Little Fish: don't forget to cheer your fish on and give them some encouragement at the meet!
