Banquet Details
Parents,
Our Banquet is Saturday and I want to share / remind you about some details.
When / Where: 4-6pm at the Pool
What: Dinner will be served (Catered by Willy's). We will have vegetarian options. We will also provide Water and Juice Boxes for the kids. Parents please BYOB.
Desserts: If anyone would like to sign up to bring a small dessert, please contact Jessica Briethaupt ([email protected]). She will be coordinating these.
Volunteers: We will need some help setting up and cleaning up. Please sign up or pitch in the day of the event.
Other Details: Every child will receive a medal, and the coaches will talk briefly about all that are in attendance. We will also pass out team awards, and the awards from the ASA Champs.
