Volunteers or CC of Roswell Meet tonight!
Parents,
You are receiving this email because you have signed up to volunteer for tonight’s meet. Please be there on the early side so you can get signed in, get your name tag, and have any questions about your job answered. I will be there to help and answer questions. I have assigned everyone a job and will hand them out on site due to last minute changes that occur. This is our last meet and we only have the exact amount of volunteers that we need so please be there on time and stay the full meet.
Please let me know if there has been a change in your schedule and you are unable to attend. Please sign in with me and pick up your volunteer badge.
Please, timers/recorders need to check in by the computer area at the starting corner by 5:15pm to get instructions from the referee and the meet manager. Anyone needing heat sheet please meet at the starters corner for print outs

**There are NO extras tonight, if you want to trade off with a friend or a spouse, that’s great. Just give them the blue badge and make sure they know what to do. Job descriptions are on the back of the badge.
