Here are the details for the meet (Arrive at 4:30pm -- Warmup starts at 5:00pm; CASH ONLY concessions; no outside coolers). Fun info at the end... 

Hello!

CCR is looking forward to hosting your team Tuesday evening!

We have a 6 lane pool, so your team will have 3 lanes available. The non-block end of the pool is approximately 3 ft deep, so relay legs that start at that end will need to start in the water.

Please arrive around 4:30pm, so that your team can have their warm up 5:00pm, with the meet starting at 5:30pm. Your bullpen area is located by the slide pool and includes the grassy areas adjacent to that.

Please use our pool parking lot and then spill over to the lot across from the pool by the driving range. There is no parking in the cul-de-sac. (Directions: Take Old Alabama West, Right on Roxburgh Dr, Right on Club Springs Dr, Left into Clubhouse grounds area (no name street I think), then first right available will take you to pool. Address of Clubhouse is 2500 Club Springs Dr, but that is NOT where the pool is - use satellite image of address to see pool location).

The playground area and other pools (mushroom portion of the main pool, dive pool, slide pool) are closed to all before/during/after the meet.

Please have your timers/recorders check in by the computer area at the starting corner by 5:15pm to get instructions from the referee and the meet manager. Anyone needing heat sheet please meet at the starters corner for print outs. 

We will have a food available for purchase. We will have other CASH ONLY concessions (drinks, chips, candy, ice cream, etc.) for sale at the snack bar. We also have a cash bar.

You are welcome to bring chairs, but no outside coolers are permitted for members or guests.

Here's the FUN part. We have brought back our combined age group relays for this meet. Our free relays will be combined ages (add up to 40yo and 48yo relays). We are filling the lanes, and it should be fun. So, make sure to pay attention to different events at the end, and the coaches will help out.
