LAST call for swim entries for the meet on Thursday! and Last Call for volunteers for Thursday (Let's hope there are no thunderstorms!). 

Here are the items up for the raffle this week (shirts and shorts are different than last week): 

1. Arena Bag, Arena youth goggles, Men's USA national team swim shirt (Adult S), and USA latex swim cap

2. Arena Bag, Arena youth goggles, Women's USA National team top (Adult S), Women's USA flag shorts (Adult S), and USA latex swim cap

*** Winners will be announced at the end of the meet. Winner does not need to be present. We will ask for a phone number on each ticket and then will call the winner if not present for them to arrange pickup at another time. 

Also, our entries for the ASA Championship meet are due this weekend. Please sign up today if you would like to be entered. I will open up the entry process for you to recommend events. We are limited to 2 individual entries per person. So, please discuss with your swimmer what they would prefer. The meet is all about having a good time and swimming with many more kids. (We also have a few relays that could win if those swimmers swim. But, I know this meet is a relative new idea for many.) I would prefer the kids to swim something they would like. If you are unsure, that's ok. I will place your child in an event where I think they will have a good experience. 

The ASA championship meet also has significant advertising opportunities. If you are interested, please let me know and I will forward a lengthy email from the ASA.

Did you know there is a Rec State Championship Swim Meet in July? Well, I didn't either when we started this journey. I am attaching a flier for it to this email. If you are interested in potentially qualifying, please let me know. We have to indicate it on the ASA champ meet entries.
