Parents, 

We have a HOME meet tomorrow. I am attaching the heat sheet and event list with an estimated timeline for you to check out. It has us ending at 8:04pm, but we will combine 7 events to save another 15 minutes or so. So... a big if... but, we might be able to have the meet done by 8pm! what?!!? We can get the kids home in time for bedtime! 

We WILL have a limited concession stand with drinks and a few snacks. Please bring cash. We will only accept cash. 

We WILL also have our first raffle. Please consider buying at least 1 ticket. The bag alone is worth it... and the goggles alone... or the shirt... or the shorts... or the cap... it's a good deal. The raffle will be sold by the concessions. 

And, as I am about to send this I realized I have one mistake in one of the free relays at the end... so, please make sure to check events tomorrow too. 

ok... onto the nitty gritty. 

Seating: We are going to take over the space by the turn end of the pool (closest to the tennis courts as our team area. I have some rope to rope off space for the timers/team. Parents can either sit with the team, or we will have space along the side of the pool (facing the street), but it will be very narrow and maybe have room for one row of chairs. We will have to rope that off to give the official room to walk up and down. We will also have bleachers on the deck between the chair lift and the lifeguard chair. I have told the Falls that they can use those while we heckle them from the balcony... ok, not really about the heckling... but, the balcony is ours as well. 

Thank you to our volunteers! Please make sure to offer to give them a break during the meet, and please bring them a cool beverage while they are working. 

If I forgot something, I am sorry... We will figure it out tomorrow as we go.

Lastly, don't forget about team pictures on FRIDAY morning!
