Dunmoor Swim Team 2020 Update

Dear Diamondbacks Family,
We hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy through these unprecedented times. Thank you for your concern and sense of community as we care for each other.
As you know, the COVID-19 situation is changing rapidly. We are continuously watching the recommendations and guidelines from the CDC, the county, and the state, along with guidelines from our governing body, ASA (Atlanta Swim Association).
We were supposed to start practice on Monday, May 4th. However, that practice date will be delayed for now. We are hoping to get in the water sometime in May, but with that said, things change on a nanosecond and we might need to adjust. We do know that per the Governor's Executive Order, that all pools will be closed to the public until at least May 13th. Therefore, the earliest potential pool opening date would be May 14th, and that could also change at any time. We have heard from many of you and know that we
want our kids to be in the water as much as you all do. Going forward, we are discussing contingency plans with ASA for many scenarios, including having the season extended into July and/or August. We will be in communication with you through emails and our
