The weather looks a bit dicey for the next few days! They say it will rain, but you know with Georgia weather it could be sunny with a possible chance of a unicorn rainbow instead. Needless to say we still swim in the rain as long as the swimmers can see the bottom of the pool lane lines. We do not swim in thunder and/or lightening... we are required to take a 30 minute break from the last thunder and/or lightening strike. So with that said please show up to practice tomorrow morning to get your event numbers. Most definitely show up to the meet even in the rain. We are going to try and do our best to get through this meet with whatever the weather might be.
Parents who are swimming the parent/coach relays don't forget to bring your swim suits.
Swimmers should arrive by 4:00PM with warm ups at 4:30PM. Meet starts at 5:30PM
Our concessions will be rocking with lots of food (hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza, limited supply of Chick Fil A sandwiches, plus LOTS of candy) so bring your appetites.
Please make sure you bring back your swimmer of the week signs by tomorrow! We need to hand these out at Fun Friday to the next group of swimmers.
