Volunteer Requirements - PLEASE READ

Dear parents/guardians,
We still have several families who have signed up swimmers for the Tuxford meet, who have not yet signed up to volunteer for the meet. While we do understand that many of us are busy this time of year, we cannot run a meet (away or home) without the commitment
of EVERY family to volunteer a half-shift of a meet. This waiver was signed by every family at registration. For those families that have a swimmer signed up to swim a meet but have not volunteered we would like to offer three options:
1) Sign up to volunteer
2) Take your swimmer(s) out of the meet
3) A NEW option to pay Dunmoor Swim Team $75 to hire your volunteer replacement. We accept Venmo, Paypal, and check/cash.
If you have a swimmer signed up for a meet, and have not picked one of the three options by noon Tuesday, 5/28, we will send a text and email to your account that your swimmer has been deleted from the meet. In addition, please remember that both swimmer and volunteer registration for the Tuxford meet will close on Tuesday, 5/28 at noon. We can be reached at [email protected] with any questions.
