Tuxford Meet Information - Open for Meet and Volunteer Registration
Our first dual AWAY meet is coming up this week. We will swim at Tuxford on Thursday, May 30th at 5:30pm. Please have swimmers arrive at 4:30pm for warmups. Both meet and volunteer registration for this meet is open on the website. Please make sure to register your swimmer(s) by Tuesday, May 28th by noon. Meet registration will close at that time. Due to the large amount of swimmers on the team, we will not be able to accept any late meet entries this year for any meet, so make sure to register if your swimmer is available. Also remember that all families must volunteer if your swimmer is attending the meet.
A couple of reminders - bring concessions money, goggles, swim cap, and towel. We will send more information on concessions and any other info to know as we receive it. It's also important that at both practice and meets, that kids and families clean up after themselves. We've been having a problem with candy wrappers, random trash, etc. left around after practices. In addition, please remind your swimmer to stay in the water after the race is finished to shake the other team's hands. We pride ourselves in having terrific sportsmanship here at Dunmoor, so please help us continue that tradition.
